Espresso Martini

Ingredients
- NORSE 8:1 cold espresso concentrate1 oz (30 ml)
- Vodka (smooth, unflavored)1.5 oz (45 ml)
- Coffee liqueur (Kahlúa or Baileys)0.75 oz (22 ml)
- Simple syrup (optional)0.25 oz (7 ml)
- Coffee beans, for garnish3
Recipe
- Place a martini glass in the freezer to chill for at least 5 minutes.
- Add a full scoop of ice to your cocktail shaker.
- Add your Nørse concentrate, vodka, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup if using.
- Shake vigorously for at least 15 seconds to create a rich, velvety foam.
- Double-strain through a cocktail strainer and fine mesh sieve into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with three coffee beans centered on the foam and serve immediately.
