Shipping Policy

Our goal is to deliver your order safely, accurately, and on time. Please review the information below regarding processing, shipping times, and delivery policies.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • You will receive:

    • an order confirmation email after purchase

    • a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships

  • Made-to-order or special-order items may require additional processing time.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using our standard service through one of the following carriers:

UPS, Canpar, Canada Post, FedEx, or Purolator

P.O. Boxes: Only Canada Post can deliver to P.O. Boxes, subject to package size limits.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or remote delivery locations.

Signature Requirements

  • Orders under $1,000 CAD: No signature required

  • Orders $1,000 CAD and over: Signature required upon delivery

Tracking Your Order

All shipments include tracking.

  • Tracking information is sent via shipping confirmation email

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment

  • Orders can be tracked using the link in your confirmation email or directly on the carrier’s website

Delivery Issues

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact us within 48 hours.

Lost or Missing Packages

  • If your order shows as delivered but cannot be located, check with neighbors or the carrier depot first.

Damaged Shipments

  • Report damage within 48 hours and include photos of the package and product.

Claims

  • Insured shipments: claims handled by Somcan

  • Uninsured shipments: claims handled with the carrier, maximum $100 claim value

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Address changes requested after a shipment has been picked up by the carrier may incur carrier fees.
